Why we used these specific ingredients:
Coconut Oil is the star because it creates a rock-hard bar that produces a massive, fluffy lather even in hard water.
7% Superfat (extra oil) to keep the bar from drying out, since coconut oil is so effective at removing oils, leaving 7% of the oil "unsaponified" ensures the soap feels moisturizing rather than stripping.
Unrefined Shea Butter Added at 20% of your total oil weight, this raw shea butter in its purest form introduces a luxurious, creamy feel to the soap while retaining all its natural vitamins (A, E, and F), antioxidants, and high fatty acid content. It is highly emollient and considered more nourishing for the skin, as traditional handcrafted methods preserve its maximum healing properties, helping to moisturize and protect by creating a natural barrier
Full-Fat Coconut Milk was chosen to boost the "creaminess" of the bubbles, adding natural sugars that increase lather and fats that contribute to a silky skin feel.
