Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Brimka Haus is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.
8. Local Pickup or Delivery
If you are local and prefer to arrange pickup or delivery, please contact us directly. We are happy to accommodate when possible.

At this time, Brimka Haus ships within the United States only.
